REFUNDS

When shipping a return or exchanged item back to us (into Canada), it is very important that tell your post office you are shipping a ‘returned item’.  This will avoid duty fees as your package re-enters Canada.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after evaluating the condition of the product.

If you return is approved, we will issue a refund to your method of payment.  You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending your card issuer’s policies.
